Save game corrupted

Just thought I'd let you guys know that my save game on NITF has corrupted, forcing me to start the game again, from scratch. It means I have to re-enter a new account code and all my hard work getting to 50ish in the overall rankings has been in vain. Oh well, this stuff happens from time to time but it's still gutting when it does happen. Atleast I have better knowledge of what to do on certain events though so hopefully it won't take me too long to get my position back. What's more annoying is having to replay everything again just to unlock the little unimportant things which all count towards completing the game. I'm fairly sure I won't get close to some of my own records though. My body hurts from playing this damn game already. I'll sleep on it and hopefully will be fresh for the tournament today though.

Aww man, corruption sucks. If it were me, I'd go crazy. Don't worry too much about your Global Ranking, I'm sure you'll be able to bounce that right back up. How far were you into the game anyway?

I think I was 64% complete in career mode and had put in 14+ hours of total gameplay and had also just unlocked hard difficulty.

How the hell did you get 14 hours

I play the game almost non-stop and I've just recently hit 8 hours.

I'm only going by what my game data said on the NITF site. I can't confirm this now because I have a new account and all my old data and records etc are gone.

That sucks man, but you're familiar with the events now so it shouldn't take you too long to reclaim most of them

Bloody hell, the same thing happened to me. Game boots and says "Data corrupted press OK to delete", needless to say I didn't want to but hey, what can you do?
Good thinkg is I backed my save file up last night on HD so I only lost about 2000 points or so in the world rankings. I think my FC should be the same and everything.

I'll keep you posted.

I have a mini SD card in my R4 cartridge and can burn and delete ROMS and save games and applications and whatnot. Go here and it'll explain better.
If you have the original game you would need some sort of adapter to hook it through USB to your computer.

Please keep any ROM, backup device discussion privately.
